Jean Chartron Batard-Montrachet Grand Cru 2022 750ML

A riper and slightly exotic nose features notes of orange peel, white peach, anise and poached pear. There is outstanding volume to the powerful and muscular large-scaled flavors that brim with dry extract that imparts a sappy texture to the mouth coating finish that is also supported by citrus-tinged acidity. This too is really quite impressive and a wine that will require at least some patience.
