The 2016 “IX Estate” reflects many facets of flavor. The wine offers dark notes of chocolate covered cherries, graphite, incense, but soon reveals bright cooling flavors such as juniper, sage, fresh rosemary, and jasmine tea. The fine-grained tannins coat the palate with tremendous finesse while flavors expand, creating an exceptionally perfumed finish.
